Disney released the official 11-inch Baby Yoda toy by Mattel on Tuesday for $24.99, but don’t expect to put them under the Christmas tree. The first plush toy from the Disney+ series “Star Wars: The Mandalorian” won’t be delivered until 2020. The Walmart link has crashed already, reports ComicBook.com, but according to the original product page, the 11-inch plush toy is slated to arrive May 27, 2020. shopDisney says the toy will become available April 1, 2020. “Fully embrace the cuteness of the 50-year-old Yoda species with this adorable 11” plush toy,” the official description for the toy reads. “He may look like a Baby Yoda, but this lovable creature is referred to as the Child. Inspired by the Disney+ live-action series The Mandalorian, this sweet Star Wars plush toy makes a Force-sensitive addition to your collection.” Disney says the plush will have authentic character likeness, but the “actual product may vary slightly.” The toy has a soft body, a fabric robe and a sturdy base filled with beans and the vinyl head turns manually.
